Anjali is a results-driven executive, entrepreneur, and strategic leader with diverse experience across commercial and federal sectors. As CEO and Co-Founder of BD Succeed, Anjali oversees company operations, financial management, client contracting, and pricing strategy—ensuring every aspect of the business is aligned for growth, scalability, and client success.
Anjali plays a central role in the execution of PursuitTeam.ai, BD Succeed’s AI-powered RFI & RFP Discovery + Qualification platform. She manages the operational backbone behind the platform’s rollout and ensures clients receive high-value, data-informed business development support through seamless onboarding, pricing, and service delivery.
With a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to prioritize under pressure, Anjali brings precision and focus to both internal operations and client engagements. Her strengths in financial oversight, project coordination, and executive communication make her an essential force behind BD Succeed’s sustained momentum and client satisfaction.

Ryan C. Toni, MBA
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Ryan is a seasoned business development executive, connector, and growth strategist with over 25 years of experience driving revenue across federal and commercial markets. As COO and Co-Founder of BD Succeed, Ryan leads strategic operations and client growth initiatives—most recently spearheading the development of PursuitTeam.ai, the firm’s AI-powered platform for government RFI & RFP discovery and qualification.

Ryan’s career has been defined by building trusted relationships with business owners, C-suite leaders, and federal agency executives. His expertise spans business development, capture and proposal management, sales strategy, corporate operations, and executive leadership.
He holds an MBA with a focus on National Security from George Mason University, a BS in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State, and a Cybersecurity Strategy Certificate from Georgetown University.
Ryan serves on the Board of Directors for NextQuest Solutions, a minority-owned small business specializing in secure, scalable cloud solutions for federal clients. He is also a CEO Boardroom Advisor and a frequent speaker on federal business development at industry events and conferences.

In 2025, Greg joined BD Succeed to lead AI-powered federal business development initiatives and shape the next generation of digital growth strategies for government contractors. As Chief Data & AI Strategy Advisor, Greg oversees the architecture of PursuitTeam.ai, BD Succeed’s proprietary platform for AI-Powered RFI & RFP Discovery + Qualification.
