Our Story

Founded in 2020, BD Succeed was created to help companies grow without the immediate cost or complexity of building a full-time business development, capture, or pursuit team.

 

Our work began with hands-on support for government contractors and growth-oriented firms that needed stronger pipeline discipline, better opportunity qualification, capture support, pursuit strategy, proposal coordination, and business development coaching.

 

Over time, we saw the same pattern across client engagements: Companies were not short on opportunities. They were overwhelmed by them.

 

Government contractors and AEC firms were tracking RFPs, RFQs, bids, recompetes, task orders, agency forecasts, municipal opportunities, teaming requests, and partner leads — but often lacked a consistent way to determine which pursuits were truly worth chasing.

That insight led to the next evolution of BD Succeed: PursuitTeam.ai and BD Signal™.

Today, BD Succeed has evolved from traditional growth advisory into an AI-enabled pursuit engine for the modern GovCon and AEC markets.
