Our History

BD Succeed LLC is an SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), founded in 2020 at the height of the global pandemic to meet a growing need: helping companies scale without the burden of full-time business development overhead.

Recognizing that many business owners lacked the time, budget, and in-house expertise to manage the full lifecycle of government capture, we launched BD Succeed as a fractional business development and growth engine. Since then, we’ve delivered tailored business development, capture and proposal support, IT solutions, and strategic advisory services to government contractors, federal customers, and commercial firms.

In 2025, we took a bold step forward—launching PursuitTeam.ai, our AI-Powered GovCon RFI & RFP Discovery + Qualification Process.
