After years of consulting work, we saw the same pattern: companies were overwhelmed by opportunity data but lacked a repeatable way to decide what to pursue, how to shape it, and how to win. That insight led to the creation of PursuitTeam.ai — a separate AI-powered platform company built to scale the opportunity intelligence and pursuit prioritization methods developed through BD Succeed's consulting work.

BD Succeed remains the human-led advisory, coaching, and implementation partner. PursuitTeam.ai is the technology platform built from that field-tested experience.
